We ship orders worldwide from the United States. Additional details are outlined below.


SHIPPING from the us nationally and internationally

Most orders are shipped through USPS from either our warehouse and/or our U.S. office. Orders are processed Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of ordering. Unless noted otherwise in the product description, it can take up to 5 business days for orders to ship. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Pleae note that made-to-order items can take up to 5-8 weeks to fulfill the order.

If your order includes a mix of items that are in stock and made-to-order, we will fulfill the order when all items are ready to ship. However, if you need to split the shipments, please email us at info@zuahaza.com.

Sample Sale items are not stored in our warehouse. These orders will ship separately from our U.S. office.

Orders over $150.00 are eligible for free shipping in the U.S.

SHIPPING WITHIN COLOMBIA

Orders to Colombia will be fulfilled from our Colombian studio. We will promptly notify you otherwise if your order will be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. Orders will be fulfilled via Servientrega or Interrapidisimo and estimated delivery days can vary from 2-5 business days. If charged more than $12 for in-country fulfillment & shipping, Zuahaza will issue a unique code or refund partial shipping if international shipping is not required. Sample Sale and Archive items will ship from the U.S. and may incur an additional shipping charge. Any questions about in-stock availability in Colombia and shipping may be directed to info@zuahaza.com

Missing or Lost Packages

We are responsible for your new purchase until it is picked up by the shipping carrier. We will not grant refunds for any packages lost in transit. If a package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email info@zuahaza.com within one hour of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping through USPS International with the choices of International Economy. Depending on the country, it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or charges upon delivery and these fees are not included at the time of checkout. Fees and taxes vary by region.

Sale Items & Promotions: Items on sale or purchased with promotional offer are INeligible for reFUNDS. ARCHIVE & SAMPLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Zuahaza purchase. All of the products we sell through our online store have met our quality and cleanliness standards. Please note that because our products are made by hand there may be minor differences from product photos. We consider this part of their natural beauty and not a product defect. If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify info@zuahaza.com within 14 days. We will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders. After 14 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased on sale or with promotional offer are ineligible for refunds. Exchanges may apply. Archive & Sample items are final sale. We reserve the right to administer partial refunds, including on any item returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.

Exchanges

If you need to request an exchange for the same item or another item, send us an email at info@zuahaza.com. We will respond with instructions on next steps. You are responsible for the cost of shipping return orders. Archive & Sample items are final sale.

Return Shipping

After contacting us about a return, you should mail your product to: Zuahaza 1118 1st St W Lower Level Conover, NC 28613 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
